TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

Put the past behind you and embrace the new you

ARE YOU, YOUR TRUE SELF?

Are you trying to find who you really are, your true self? If so, you aren't alone. Thousands of people are suffering from existential angst. Fortunately, there are several things that you can do to get yourself back on track. Taking a step outside of your comfort zone can

help you discover aspects of yourself that you might otherwise have missed.

Embrace your discomfort and take risks. Learning about yourself is a process that will take time and may even require some courage. A transformational coach can work with you through this process.

Another way to find your true self is through meditation. Silence is necessary for self-discovery. Silence is a fearful word for many people. But silence can help us discover our own flaws and the positive and negative aspects of our lives, where we are strong, able to help others and where we are in need of help and support from others in our lives. Ultimately, the process of being alone will allow us to discover the real us.

If you aren't comfortable with meditation, you can try using an app like Declutter The Mind or simply watch a meditation video on YouTube.

To find your true self, think about what makes you happy. Are you passionate about your work, your hobbies, your life? If you answered yes, then you are living your authentic true self. Your authentic True Self will whisper its desires in your ear. Follow your dreams and align with You, your true self.

You'll be much happier, more successful, and less stressed when you know your true self. One of The best ways to find the softer, stronger, confident, the artist, the conquer of worlds, the you who could sit by yourself without feeling alone, is through Transformational Coaching and taking the recommended action.

We all have an ego that we create in our minds, our ego sets our standards; ‘I'm better than that’, ‘I could have handled/ done better’, ‘I shouldn’t be treated like that’, 'I deserve more/respect’. We can be hypnotized by the world, losing ourselves in the process. We experience fear and desire based on the false sense of identity we’ve created to fit in.

When observing Children or even remember back to your own Childhood. How often you hear them or remember saying, ‘I don’t like this’, 'I'm not happy’, ‘I can do this/it’. They just go and do what they like or stop what they don’t like and go away to do something else. They have an intransigent sense of self, before life/society put them in a box.

Now that does mean we don’t have rules and responsibilities, where we have to do things we don’t like or are uncomfortable with. Now as adults we have to make difficult choices and do difficult things. Won’t it be nice to be able to meet these obligations with compassion, empathy and dignity without internally being torn apart.

Fortunately, the solution is easy and accessible. In order to find your true self, you must be willing to take some risks and open yourself up to change.

When it comes to relationships, you must be willing to step out of unhealthy ones and prioritize the things that make you happy. A truly authentic life involves having relationships with those who inspire you and make you feel fulfilled. You need to have strong relationships with people who encourage peak performance, and this requires some honesty.

In this way, you can avoid the stress of letting go of unhealthy relationships. The process is both fun and rewarding. So take time to make the decision to live your life in alignment with your true self.

When you finally find your true self, you will feel a sense of peace and self-confidence. This is a process that requires a combination of introspection and getting out into the world. You'll be amazed at the results! And remember, the journey begins with you.

About Me

After spending 20 plus years in social care, supporting individuals both adults and child to achieve their highest positive outcomes.

My approach is to support people to grow and expand in their purpose and mission - at home, at work, in our relationships, in parenting, in business, in health and wealth.

TRAUMA RECOVERY

This involves understanding and working though the original issue of the trauma, and involves looking at resilience and solution strategies.

LIMITING BELIEFS

This is  a frame of mind or self-perceived belief that limits you. It is a  belief that you have about yourself, other people, or the environment that restricts you and  frequently manifests itself when we're attempting to make a beneficial change in our lives.

DIVORCE/SEPARATION

Helps people to deal with the emotional fallout from loss or divorce, and any issues stemming from their relationship prior to the divorce. The aim is to improve a client's well being and resilience, allowing them to better deal with their situation and able to move on with their lives.

FEAR OF SUCCESS

The anxiety with the fear of success is that if we accomplish something new, we won't be able to maintain it or that we might suffer as a result.

PARENTING CHALLENGES

Helping you to become clear on your Parenting values, experience and goals. Using tools and strategies to create a deeper, more fulfilling connection with your family.

RESILIENCE BUILDING

The ability to respond effectively to difficulties, trauma, tragedies, challenges, or even substantial levels of stress is known as resilience building. People that are resilient accept the situation, admit their faults, and move on.

Phases of Trauma & Transformational Coaching

The stages of trauma recovery involve putting words to your emotions and making sense of the events that caused the traumatic event. This phase is usually done with the help of a therapist or counselor. It can be done individually or in a group setting. During this phase, safety must be a top priority. It is the process in which you integrate the events that took place in your life with the rest of your story.

Survivors will have developed some trust in the therapist during the first phase. This shows that they have a high level of readiness to distinguish between warranted trust and unethical ones. They may be ready to start forming relationships with other people. In the midst of their painful past, they will begin to realize that trauma never was an illusion. After a period of isolation, they will begin to feel empowered and capable of self-determination.

The final stage of trauma recovery is characterized by building a new sense of self and defining oneself in meaningful relationships. The trauma becomes integrated into the life story of the individual but is not the only story that defines him or her. The person affected by the traumatic experience has begun to recognize the importance of relationships in his or her life. He or she is ready to take concrete steps toward self-determination and empowerment.

Trauma can affect people in different ways, depending on the stage of trauma they are experiencing. If you or someone you know is struggling with a traumatic event, it is important to get help.
